The rooms were very spacious, the air conditioning was extremely good, although the decor was a little dated. Room service food wasn't great but when is it ever? A great location, right across the road from what felt like one of the safer areas on the beachfront.
Lobby service was good, but after request for room change the service changed a little. The first room that they put me had a door from another room to that one, closed only by the other side, dark room and smelling mopho.

Not only is the food bad, but the space is ridiculous, seis tables in a 4 floors hotel hotel with 7 rooms each. Service is as bad as the rooms, I left a message asking them not to clean my room (there's no do not disturb sign) and when I got back, the room had been cleaned. When I asked they said they had to go in because of a leakage in the room next door. Pelo one was able to explain why they had to make the bed in the process of cleaning the floor. The manager, of course, was not at the hotel and even after being asked to contact me, did not. I'm never coming back andif you're in the process of searching, keep looking.

Marina Park Hotel is set in Fortaleza. Overlooking the marina at Iracema Beach, this hotel offers complete leisure and dining facilities. Guests can have a sunbath by the swimming pool, surrounded with tropical palm trees, whilst enjoying a cocktail.
The next room was very good, with super cleaning ok. Location in the area of ruins with many chemical dependents, making the night walk dangerous, but during the day it is OK to go to the square that is 2 quarters.

The double height reception area looks to have undergone a recent renovation and you would hope to be a sign of things to come. On the ground floor is a well equipped Gym. On floor “J” (first floor) a small pool area, jacuzzi, sauna, play and games rooms. The whole of this area looking very tired and by the time of my departure the pool, jacuzzi and sauna had been demolished and were due to be replaced over a 45 day period 4 lifts serve all floors and I never had to wait more than a few seconds for one to arrive.
